Lead Family Coordinator

Anita is a descendant of the Oneida Tribe of Wisconsin. She was  born and raised in the heart of South Minneapolis. Anita is focused on addressing community disparities and promoting holistic wellness.
As a dedicated doula (NINDE) and passionate advocate for women and children she is committed to rebuilding strong families through culture and social change.
Previously she served as the Traditional Healing Coordinator at Native American Community Clinic from 2021-2024. Through her role as Lead Family Coordinator Anita remains committed to positively impacting the community to foster a better future for all generations to come.
