E'laina Red Owl

Care Coordinator

Red Lake Nation

E’laina is the Care Coordinator for the Mental Health Program located at Mino Bimaadiziwin Wellness Clinic. She is enrolled member of the Red Lake Nation with descendance in The Santee Sioux Nation of Nebraska and White Earth Nation. Born and raised in South Minneapolis in the American Indian Corridor, she is currently attending Minneapolis College and pursuing her AS in Accounting hoping to transfer her junior year to Metropolitan State University and finish with a Bachelors in Accounting/Organizational Administration.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and watching the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Vikings. She enjoys sewing ribbon skirts for friends and family when she can. During the summer her and her family hit the powwow trail to stay connected to their relatives and culture as much as possible.
